Anomaly Catering is a Milwaukee-based, full-service catering company providing elevated culinary service for weddings, corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, and private celebrations across Wisconsin.Founded in 2019, we have built our reputation on professionalism, consistent execution, and customer led menus designed with you and your guest experience in mind. From beautifully presented buffets and plated dinners to hors d’oeuvres, N/A beverage service, and full event staffing, our goal is simple: deliver seamless hospitality and unforgettable food at every scale.We work closely with venues, planners, and clients to ensure each event is organized, on time, and thoughtfully executed from load-in to breakdown.Expanding Into Gastronomy Arts StudioIn 2026–2027, Anomaly Catering is growing through the re-development of Gastronomy Arts Studio; a culinary extension focused on education, community programming, and innovative dining experiences.Gastronomy Arts Studio will serve as a platform for youth culinary instruction, creative hospitality training, and immersive food concepts that bring together culture, technique, and modern presentation.This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to building sustainable opportunities in the culinary industry while continuing to provide high-quality catering and event services throughout the Midwest.

MR. CHEF CAMPBELL
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Chef Campbell was inspired early by his parents, both of whom were chefs. After refining his skills in several premier local restaurants, he joined the acclaimed Bartolotta Restaurant Group, serving as a chef at Mr. B’s Steakhouse.
He later played a key role in launching kitchen operations for luxury hotel properties including The Westin and Stella’s on Van Buren, earning recognition for culinary excellence and contributing to award-winning dining experiences, including Best Steakhouse in Milwaukee during his tenure.
One of the defining highlights of his career came when he was hired as a chef for the Milwaukee Bucks, followed by years of freelance work as a traveling private chef serving prominent individuals across the country.
In 2024, Chef Campbell gained major local acclaim after winning both the Crowd Favorite and Judges’ Favorite awards for his signature, award-winning Smack ’N Cheeze. That same year, he expanded his leadership and business development through certified entrepreneur training and cohorts with BizStarts, the Midwest Professors Symposium Program. Other awards received the "Rising Phoenix Award," and "Black Kitchen Initiative."
Today, his long-term vision includes opening a culinary arts studio dedicated to empowering Milwaukee's youth through food, hospitality, and entrepreneurship continuing to build a lasting impact through both community and cuisine.

Chef Campbell is the award-winning founder and creative force behind Anomaly Catering, a Milwaukee-based culinary company delivering bold, elevated, and unforgettable dining experiences across Wisconsin.
A proud Milwaukee native, Chef Campbell’s journey began in the 53206 community, where a lifelong passion for hospitality, flavor, and entrepreneurship took root. After more than 14 years of dedicated service with Milwaukee Public Schools, she turned a pursuit of independence and a yearning for better opportunities into a thriving business in 2019 never forgetting her number one rule: to be a MOM first.
Since its founding, Anomaly Catering has grown from a grassroots backyard concept into a trusted full-service catering partner for weddings, corporate events, and community organizations. Chef Campbell is celebrated for bold comfort cuisine, precision in flavor development, and creating guest experiences that seamlessly blend tradition with innovation.
